Several class options to keep you strong and balanced.

Using the TRX Suspension Trainers(R), this class is a mix of strength, core, cardio, and interval training. TRX(r) Trainers provide complete total-body training with cutting-edge training programs. Also appropriate for those with physical limitations.

Using any combination of equipment available to us, this class is all about strength and toning. Using different timing techniques, you'll never get bored with this format.

Similar to the Strength Circuit class, yet less intense than H.I.I.T. Mel, this class will definitely be about strength but equally, focus on cardio and heart rates. We use our cardio equipment (row machines, treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike), as well as other Garage-tools.

Burpees, mountain climbers, strength training, cardio training, and core-work. This one-hour class is a great way to burn some calories, de-stress, and start your day on the right foot.

(High Intensity Interval Training) Combination is the killer in this whole body workout. Train with a mixture of heavy lifts, short activity bursts, and brief recovery periods. Keeps burning calories hours later.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

This isn't your average TRX class. In this class, you never know what you're going to get. TRX will always be the main focus but with some kettlebells, slam balls, weights, and fitness bars...each class will be something new!

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, the workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Group cycle "spin" classes involve biking on a stationary bike while the instructor guides you through different speeds, intensities, and visualizations of outdoor cycling. If you like music, this is the class for you!

Great for spin beginners, 5-6 songs on the spin bike, and the rest of the time using the bike as our barre. Join us! A lot of cardio and a lot of core.

Personal training is perfect for the individual who would like a custom fitness program for their specific needs. One-on-one training is a completely customizable experience.

Virtual Training

The demand for virtual training has never been greater. With our virtual training options, your fitness goals don't need to be put on hold. 

With very little to no equipment needed, you can achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. With an easy-to-access virtual platform, you can schedule your appointments (either 30-minutes or an hour), log in, and have access to a live video stream with your trainer.

This option is great for flexibility, accountability, and someone with a limited schedule.
