Group Fitness

Group fitness encompasses all forms of fitness done in a group setting, lead by a personal trainer or certified group fitness instructor. At the Garage, we value small class sizes and offer more classes with fewer people. Our classes include a variety of strength training and cardio fitness (including group indoor cycle, POUND ®, High Intensity Interval Training, and Cardio Strength classes).

Personal Training

Whether you need a little extra motivation with an appointment-based workout, or maybe aren’t quite ready for group classes, Personal Training is a great way to dip your toes into fitness or push past your plateaus and limits. Workouts are custom-fit to each client's goals, limitations, and strengths. Personal training can be one-on-one or small-private sessions with family or friends.

Life Coaching

Part of our Wellness approach is that of the mind, as separate from fitness. Life Coaching is all about helping guide a client make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment.. Whether it be relationships, personal matters, or work challenges, coaching encourages clients to see their situation from different perspectives and provides them support in lifestyle changes.

We are Garage Strong

Garage Strong, formerly known as The Garage Fitness. Before the pandemic, our focus was Fitness. We pivoted with the closures and precautions, and refocused to our client’s overall “Wellness”.

As a result, one year after the start of Covid-19, we are GARAGE STRONG. In addition to small group fitness classes, personal training, and private small group training, we now also offer Coaching around life experiences with a wellness focus.

Our studio-style facility offers commercial-grade cardio equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, LeMond Group Cycle bikes, and Concept2 row machines. We also offer a wide range of kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, a full set of dumbbells, TRX, battle ropes, weighted bars, and more.

To accommodate everyone’s comfort levels, most classes and all personal training are also offered remotely. Our Life Coaching experience offers one-on-one or small group sessions, in-person or virtual.
